Dan is a hardcore CSS coder -- try looking at the page with style sheets turned off. It still works!

Audio pre-load aside, look at what happens on lauch: you see a moving chorus, lots of good cuts and close-ups. maybe running VIDEO ONLY is a good solution.

Westminster's audience, like the chorus, is young, connected, and intense in fandom. That's why the Westminster MySpace page is so busy and has more than 1600 friends.

OC Times - Barbershop Quartet

A good-looking, hip young quartte needs a good-looking, hip web site, and OC Times hits it perfectly.

Note especially:
  • Photography is not the posed studio protrait, but rock 'n roll glamour: walking through urban settings, gazing thoughtfully from a balcony, etc.
  • Download the entire press kit as a single zip file. Particularly like the knocked out photo -- enocurages create layouts by end users by providing good elements

I didn't choose MaxQ for the first link because they're the new champs. They got the link because their site looks so very nice. Designed by Webgraph (Barbershoppers Dan and Alex Rubin), the site has the contemporary feel of the web.
